The Philodendron Prince of Orange is a unique and popular hybrid Philodendron. The new leaves are bright orange when they unfold and then slowly turn green. A beautiful sight to behold every time.
Unlike many other Philodendron this is more of a bush forming variety and produces its magnificent orange foliage from the center. The Philodendron Prince of Orange is a real must-have for every plant lover and is excellent in any urban jungle. Whether you are just starting your collection or already have a lot of plants, this should not be missed!
How to care
Water: Keep potting mixture moist – do not let the soil dry out. Preferably give the plant a good dash of water once a week. Just make sure that no water remains in the bottom of the pot. This can cause root rot.
Light: Medium to bright light conditions, but no direct sunlight will be best for your Prince of Orange.
Humidity: Will appreciate the occasional misting. It likes temperatures between 17 and 25 °C
Fertilize: Feed every 2 weeks with a balanced fertilizer during the growing season.
Available in a 19cm pot. Decorative pots are sold separately.
